Yes — please arrive washed and blow-dried, or add Wash & Blow Dry (+$35) when you book. Coming without either may mean rescheduling and a new deposit.
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your total. Your seat isn't confirmed until the deposit is received, and deposits can't be refunded.
Your first reschedule moves your deposit to the new date. A second reschedule needs a new deposit, and cancellations inside 24 hours incur a full service cancellation fee.
No late fee — just send your ETA. If your delay overlaps the next client, we'll reschedule you.
Yes, with a fee: Early Bird before 10 AM $75 · Night Owl after 8 PM $75 · VIP Sunday $100. Off days are available for an additional fee. These aren't bookable online — DM @blessed.by.bina to arrange.

Salon policies
Booking with me means agreeing to these. They keep every appointment running on time and every head of hair getting its full attention.
Please arrive with your hair washed and blow-dried, or add the Wash & Blow Dry service when you book. Arriving without either may mean your appointment is rescheduled or canceled, and a new deposit will be required.
